These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Merro app (the “App”) and the website merrotravel.com, provided by Softoria LLC (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and the Usage Rules in the App Store Terms and Conditions.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile or create derivative works of the App, to use it unlawfully, to interfere with its operation, or to use it to build a competing product.

3. Travel information disclaimer

Merro provides destination suggestions, facts and general information (such as languages, population, currency and attractions) for inspiration only. Information may be incomplete, simplified or out of date. Recommendations are generated from your selections and are not professional advice. Always verify entry requirements, visas, health and safety guidance, prices, opening hours and local laws with official sources before you travel.

The network checker reports the status of your device's connection and does not guarantee connectivity, speed or availability of any service. Merro is not a VPN and does not provide privacy or security for your network traffic.

4. Third-party services

The App links to third-party services such as Apple Maps. We are not responsible for their content, availability or terms.

5. Intellectual property

The App, its design, text, graphics and software are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Third-party names, photos and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

6. Availability and changes

The App is provided free of charge. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, destinations or the App at any time, and may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Softoria LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your travel decisions or reliance on information in the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Apple

These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App and is not responsible for claims relating to it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Softoria LLC is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where your local consumer law requires otherwise.
